Ahungalla hotel development adds a rooftop water park with a slide cascading directly to ground level — set to become a national landmark attraction.

Vison Waterparks, a global water park equipment manufacturer with 30+ years of experience, today announced it has been awarded the contract to design and supply the rooftop water park for The Palace by Ocean, a luxury hotel development in Ahungalla, Sri Lanka.
The project (Contract No. VS20260823V001, valued at USD 73,000) includes a rooftop water park featuring a water slide that descends directly from the hotel rooftop to ground level. Upon completion, this is expected to become the tallest water slide in Sri Lanka.
A Landmark Attraction

The scope of supply includes:
- Rooftop water slides (FRP fiberglass + hot-dip galvanized steel structure)
- Supporting steel towers and structures
- Pool filtration, circulation pumps, and water treatment systems
- Full technical documentation and installation supervision
All equipment complies with CE, ISO 9001, GB8408-2018 and international safety standards, and comes with a 15-month warranty.
